ZWS vs. XU(E) - 2xCD
From January to April 2007 Zero Wait State and Xu(e) workedin close collaboration, recording some long improvisations
at ZWStudio dedicated to Paul Klee’s life and works.
The most important reference to the swiss artist is
the polyrhythmic theory, both on a musical level and
on a visual level. Everything was created and performed
according to this theory and it was put into action by using
rhythmic overlappings, phase displacements, echoes,
stratified sounds and voices.
